What you’ll learn
In this Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) modeling course, we'll start with the basics, explaining how M&A creates value and the key metrics and adjustments to determine that. Then, we'll simulate a real investment banking work scenario through a potential deal. This will go over all the key steps in the process including the offer letter, the SPA, the virtual data room, and more. This will culminate in building a merger model including the sources & uses, the pro forma financial statements, and the accretion dilution analysis. Once we're comfortable with M&A modeling, we'll build an extensive merger model on Disney & Apple, including credit statistics, sensitivity analysis, contribution analysis, and much more.
